Service Description

This is a class aimed at achieving the strength and technique needed to do an invert on the pole - ie. to get your hips higher than your head. Ideal for people who have never done inverts before, but also for more experienced pole dancers to improve their technique and to explore the many different ways that can be used to get upside down - it can be so much more than just the basics!

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds or booking transfers for cancellations made on the day of the class. There are also no refunds if you do not turn up to a class you booked. If you can't get to a class for any reason, please let Eve know on 07977135870 as there are often waiting lists for classes.
