Includes low flow, heels technique, conditioning class and mixed level classes. It does NOT include beginners sessions, heels routine or intermediate+ and all 8 classes must be used within 6 weeks.

Take your pole skills to the next level with intermediate+ and heels choreography! Please note, all intermediate+ classes require the ability to invert. Four classes to be used within 6 weeks.
