Stott Pilates Matwork
Butterfly studio is one of the only places in Sheffield where you can join a Stott Pilates class! Similar to classical Pilates, Stott Pilates is a system of exercises that will tone your abdominals, strengthen your back and shoulders and make your body feel at its best.
Classes often use small equipment such as flex-bands, toning balls and fitness circles to keep the exercises interesting and challenging.
Stott Pilates instructors undergo rigorous training, both with the exercises and also in understanding the underlying theory and anatomy behind them. Stott is an internationally recognised qualification and instructors are required to do further training every year to guarantee up-to-date knowledge and quality classes.

Stott Reformer Pilates
The reformer is ideal for anyone, from total beginners new to exercise to the fittest athletes looking to improve their training programme. It is also a great tool for rehabilitating injuries and muscle imbalances.
Using Pilates principles, the reformer provides a full body workout. By using springs as weights, it adds resistance to the exercises, and smooth movement helps to lengthen as well as strengthen the muscles.
Eve has been teaching Pilates since 2001 and has undergone training and qualifications with the Pilates Institute, Modern Pilates and Stott Pilates. She updates her training every year in order to keep her knowledge completely up-to-date.
