| Anyone can master the basics of hoop dance. The hoops we use are specially designed for adults and unlike the children's hoops available in toy stores our dance and fitness hoops are larger, heavier and have improved grip. This enables the hoop to move slower and provides more momentum which makes the hoop stick to your body as you spin it, making it far easier to keep the hoop up and learn new moves |

About the instructor: Charlie has completed an apprenticeship with Swamp Circus, and is qualified to teach a range of circus skills including hula hoop classes. She has experience of performing all over the uk with and without hoops.
